- Salt1 tablespoon
- Yeast Sachet20 g
- fennel20 g
- cornmeal300 g
- wheat flour1400 g
- in the blender you put the water, the milk, the corn, the eggs beat everything for 3 minutes put the salt and the sugar beat again
- strain this liquid into a bowl, mix the yeast, add the cornmeal and the wheat and stir and mix to beat the dough for 10 minutes
