- Dough: Wheat Flour3 cup
- Margarine3 tablespoon
- Milk3 cup
- Seasoning broth1 unit(s)
- Filling: Cook and shred the chicken, then drown the corn, add the chicken and seasonings of your choice and finally the cottage cheese and cream.
- Pasta: In a pan put milk, chicken broth, margarine and salt. Bring to the fire, stir and wait for it to boil, then add the wheat flour all at once and stir quickly for a few minutes, until the dough is very homogeneous and smooth. Wait to cool, then divide in small portions, fill according to your preference, dip in milk and manioc flour. Fry in hot oil or bake.
