- Butter200 g
- Water250 ml
- Broccoli and Mushrooms to taste
- Gorgonzola100 g
- Pears3 unit(s)
- Fresh Sour Cream1 unit(s)
- Onion, Garlic, Salt and Pepper to taste
- For the Pierogi dough, mix the egg, butter, water into the flour and mix until the dough is smooth and homogeneous.
- For the filling, chop the Gorgonzola and the pears and mix them together.
- The sauce can be to your liking, more liquid or more incorporated. Dore the garlic and onion, sauté the mushrooms and finally add the broccoli and the cream.
- The closed patties must cook for four minutes and then sautéed in oil in a frying pan, to give a crispy.
