Conchiglione Pasta300 g
Gorgonzola200 g
Bacon300 g
Sour cream1 can(s)
Tomato sauce600 g
Onion to taste

In a large pan with water, place the conchiglione with a pinch of salt, and when it boils, lower the heat and count for 8 to 10 minutes until it is 'al dente';
Remove the macaroni and set aside;
On a cutting board, chop the bacon into cubes, take it to a frying pan until crispy and set aside to cool;
Cut the gorgonzola into cubes, grind with the help of a mixer and set aside;
