  • Butter3 tablespoon
  • Egg Yolks3 unit(s)
  • Ground beef1 kg
  • Garlic3 unit(s)
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Tomato sauce340 g
  • Season to taste
  • Coriander to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Pepper1 unit(s)
  • Olive100 g
  1. Peel the potatoes and put them to cook until they are very wet.
  2. After cooking, mash them well.
  3. In a pan, put the butter to melt, then add the onion, garlic and let it brown.
  4. Then add the potato, stir, add the egg yolks, stir well, then add the cornstarch and mix until the dough starts to unglue from the bottom of the pan, turn off the heat and let it cool.
  5. Season the ground beef with salt, pepper and seasoning.
  6. In a pan, brown the garlic, add the ground beef, tomato, pepper and chopped cilantro, the olive, sauté, put the tomato sauce and let it cook.
  7. With the dough after cold, roll it, make strips and cut into pieces
  8. Place on a platter, then pour the ground beef sauce on top.
