  • Grated Parmesan Cheese1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Ground beef300 g
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic1 unit(s)
  1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the meat for 5 minutes. Add the onion, garlic and carrot and fry for 5 minutes or until golden. Pour in the tomato, salt, and pepper and cook for 10 minutes over low heat until thickened. Reserve. Cook the potatoes whole in their skins in salted water for 20 minutes or until softened. Drain and peel while still hot. Pass through the juicer while still hot and let it cool. Place in a bowl, add the yolk, salt, pepper and flour, little by little, beating until it comes out of your hands. If necessary add more until you get a curl point. Roll the dough on a smooth and floured surface and with a knife cut 2 cm gnocchi. Cook in boiling salted water until it rises to the surface. Remove with a slotted spoon and pour into a medium refractory. Top with the hot sauce, sprinkle with the basil and Parmesan and serve.
