- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Wheat flour8 tablespoon
- Margarine and flour for greasing1 to taste
- Grated cheese for sprinkling1 to taste
- Sliced ham250 g
- Sliced Mozzarella Cheese250 g
- Ready-made tomato sauce500 ml
- In a bowl, mix the potato, margarine, egg, flour and salt.
- Add the yeast and stir until smooth.
- Place half of the dough in a greased and floured refractory, fill with the ham, the mozzarella cheese and half the sauce.
- Top with the remaining pasta and sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
