  1. Bring water with salt to boil
  2. In another pan, 500ml of milk, 1 dessert plate of grated fresh cheese, grated nutmeg, and 2 tablespoons of cornstarch. Mix well and keep stirring until it boils and thickens.
  3. Place the gnocchi in the boiling water, wait for it to rise, wait another two minutes and remove. Add the sauce while still hot, sprinkle more cheese and serve next.
