- Cassava500 g
- Wheat flour1 cup
- Salt and spices to taste
- Cook the cassava until very soft.
- Mash well with a fork or potato masher and let cool.
- Add wheat gradually and knead until it forms a dough that does not stick to your hands. Season as you like.
- Make strips by rolling it with your hands on the counter, with a thickness of approximately one finger and cut the size you prefer to form the gnocchi. If necessary, you can sprinkle wheat flour on the countertop so it doesn't stick.
- In a pan, boil water and as soon as it boils, you can throw the gnocchi and as they rise, remove and place on a platter.
- Gnocchi ready, now just finish with the sauce of your choice.
