  • Cassava500 g
  • Wheat flour1 cup
  • Salt and spices to taste
  1. Cook the cassava until very soft.
  2. Mash well with a fork or potato masher and let cool.
  3. Add wheat gradually and knead until it forms a dough that does not stick to your hands. Season as you like.
  4. Make strips by rolling it with your hands on the counter, with a thickness of approximately one finger and cut the size you prefer to form the gnocchi. If necessary, you can sprinkle wheat flour on the countertop so it doesn't stick.
  5. In a pan, boil water and as soon as it boils, you can throw the gnocchi and as they rise, remove and place on a platter.
  6. Gnocchi ready, now just finish with the sauce of your choice.
