- Rice flour2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Tomato sauce1/2 cup
- Mozzarella cheese150 g
- Sliced tomato1 unit(s)
- Basil to taste
- In a food processor, combine the rice, egg, milk, rice flour and salt. Beat until a homogeneous mass is formed.
- In a non-stick skillet, spread half of the dough. Once browned on one side, flip over to brown on the other side.
- Spread romate sauce over the pasta, place the mozzarella cheese and tomato slices.
- Cover the skillet with lower heat so that the cheese melts. Finish with basil leaves.
