  • Cooked rice2 cup
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Milk1/4 cup
  • Rice flour2 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Tomato sauce1/2 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese150 g
  • Sliced tomato1 unit(s)
  • Basil to taste
  1. In a food processor, combine the rice, egg, milk, rice flour and salt. Beat until a homogeneous mass is formed.
  2. In a non-stick skillet, spread half of the dough. Once browned on one side, flip over to brown on the other side.
  3. Spread romate sauce over the pasta, place the mozzarella cheese and tomato slices.
  4. Cover the skillet with lower heat so that the cheese melts. Finish with basil leaves.
