Ingredients
Recipe

Rice flour150 g
Sweet sprinkle150 g
Xanthan Gum1 coffee spoon
Eggs2 unit(s)
Salt to taste
Sugar2 tablespoon
Water150 ml
Oil2 tablespoon
Organic Yeast10 g

Put all the ingredients in a mixer using the light dough whisk (racket).
Beat until the dough is homogeneous. If necessary, add a little more rice flour.
Grease a loaf pan with a little margarine and rice flour.
Pour the dough into the form, spread it out and cover with a damp cloth and wait for the dough to rise. Depending on the ambient temperature, it may take about 30 min or more.
As soon as the dough rises, preheat the oven to 180° for about 10 minutes. Place a pan with a little water on the bottom shelf.
Place the form with the bread on the top shelf and, about 30 minutes later, insert a toothpick into the dough to see if it is ready.
Unmold and enjoy!! It's a delight!
