Na panela coloque a água e o sal e leve ao fogo até ferver, assim que levantar fervura coloque o macarrão e deixe cozinhar por 9 minutos.

Depois de cozido tire e escorra. Em uma panela ou frigideira coloque a manteiga e leve ao fogo até derreter depois de derrotida coloque o alho e refogue até dourar.
