Garlic Macaroni Pasta

  • Whole wheat pasta1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil3 tablespoon
  • Pressed garlic cloves4 unit(s)
  • Raw shrimp, peeled and cleaned1 kg
  • Pepper flakes1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • cherry tomato1 l
  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese1/2 cup
  • Finely chopped fresh parsley1/4 cup
  1. Bring a pan of water and salt to a boil and cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
  2. Reserve 2/3 cup of pasta water and drain.
  3. Meanwhile, heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Then add the shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until pink and opaque.
  6. Sprinkle with pepper flakes and set aside. Cover to keep warm
  7. In the same preheated skillet, add the remaining oil and cook the cherry tomatoes until they burst, about 2-3 minutes.
  8. Pour over the pasta water and deglaze the pan, stirring from the bottom of the pan.
  9. Return the shrimp back to the pan, along with the cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese, stirring with tongs to combine.
  10. Serve with fresh chopped sasa
  11. Now just serve!😉
