- Put the cold milk in the blender and turn on slow mode. Put the oil so that a thread comes out and mix it with the milk with the blender on. Keep adding the oil until you get a homogeneous cream. Then put the oregano to taste, salt to taste and 3 cloves of garlic, beat for a few seconds and it's ready. Put it on the bread as you like.
