  • Garlic head1 unit(s)
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Lemon zest1 unit(s)
  • Rosemary to taste
  • Thyme to taste
  • Chives to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. In a pan, put 2 liters of water to boil and cook the pasta. As soon as it starts to boil, add a generous layer of salt and when it boils again, arrange the pasta in a fan to cook and with the help of a fork stir from time to time to avoid lumps.
  2. Leave it in the fire for 8 minutes and then drain the water and pass cold water to finish cooking.
  3. At the same time, with a large frying pan, heat the oil and sauté the garlic and onion over low heat, also with a pinch of salt. After finishing the pasta, add it to the stew and incorporate everything until it is homogeneous.
  4. Finish with the remaining ingredients and serve immediately.
