- Spaghetti Noodles (I used gluten-free URBANO brand)200 g
- Garlic Cloves8 unit(s)
- Parsley to taste
- Olive oil40 ml
- Salt to taste
- Cook the pasta in boiling salted water. Once cooked, drain the water and reserve 1 ladle of the cooking water.
- In a pan with oil, brown the garlic, pour the pasta, the ladle of cooking water, stir and finish with the parsley.
- I added slivers of golden garlic and chives at the end (TOTALLY OPTIONAL).
