Ingredients

• Spaghetti Noodles (I used gluten-free URBANO brand) | 200 g
• Garlic Cloves | 8 unit(s)
• Parsley |  to taste
• Olive oil | 40 ml
• Salt |  to taste

Recipe

1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water. Once cooked, drain the water and reserve 1 ladle of the cooking water.
2. In a pan with oil, brown the garlic, pour the pasta, the ladle of cooking water, stir and finish with the parsley.
3. I added slivers of golden garlic and chives at the end (TOTALLY OPTIONAL).
