• Tapioca Gum | 4 tablespoon
• Eggs | 2 unit(s)
• Cottage cheese | 3 tablespoon
• Salt |  to taste
• Mozzarella | 100 g

Recipe

1. In a bowl add the Gum, the eggs, cottage cheese, salt. Mix everything and then add the Mozzarella
