  • Wheat flour250 g
  • Salt to taste
  1. Put the water, polenta and salt in a pan.
  2. Stir until the polenta looks like a paste.
  3. I a refractory, put the ready-made polenta and leave it very neat inside the refractory.
  4. Refrigerate until set.
  5. Remove the polenta from the fridge and in the same refractory, cut into strips or cubes of your choice.
  6. In a plastic pot, place the wheat flour.
  7. Take the strips or cubes that you cut from the polenta and pass them in the wheat flour and set aside.
  8. Heat the pan with oil and gradually add a few pieces of polenta. Note: If you put too much in the pan, they will stick to each other and it is not possible to do it in the airfryer.
  9. Place on a plate with paper towels and enjoy your fried polenta!
