  1. Wash, peel and cut the cassava into large pieces

  3. Cook for 10 minutes, turn off, remove the pressure and let drain until very dry and cut into strips
  4. In a deep frying pan, place the olro to heat up well, add the aimpins until they are golden.
  5. Let it drain on paper towel and put grated cheese on top to taste and serve.
