- Ingredients
- Recipe
- Lasagna-type pasta (not pre-cooked pasta. It's common)500 g
- Sauteed Tomato Extract500 g
- Ham300 g
- Mozzarella300 g
- Milk1 l
- Chop the mozzarella and ham, mixing the two together in a bowl. Reserve
- On a medium tray, start by making a layer at the bottom with the lasagna noodles (raw noodles, without cooking) On top of the noodles spread some of the chopped mozzarella and ham. On top, put a little of the sautéed tomato sauce, distributing it all over the tray.
- Make these layers (noodles, ham and mozzarella mixture and sautéed tomato sauce) until you run out of noodles. The last layer is ham and mozzarella with the sautéed tomato sauce on top.
- With the lasagna already assembled, you will carefully pour the liter of milk separated for the recipe onto the tray. Then cover the tray with aluminum foil and put it in the fridge.
- The next day, remove the tray from the fridge, when putting the lasagna in the oven. When the milk is almost gone and the lasagna starts to turn golden, you can remove it from the oven. And good appetite!
