Mistura a massa e a gema se ficar muito seca mistura mais 1 gema se ficar muito molhada coloca farinha de trigo até ficar uma massa fácil de abrir

Mix the dough and the yolk if it's too dry mix 1 more yolk if it's too wet add wheat flour until it's an easy to roll dough

Abri a massa com um rolo e corta em tiras

Open the dough with a rolling pin and cut into strips

Coloca para cozinhar na água com um pouco de sal e mistura com um molho ou pode ser guardada por 5 dias em um saco bem fechado fora da geladeira 

Put it to cook in water with a little salt and mix it with a sauce or it can be stored for 5 days in a tightly closed bag outside the fridge
