  • Wheat flour250 g
  • Warm water140 ml
  • Sugar1.1/2 tablespoon
  • Salt1/2 tablespoon
  • Olive oil1/4 cup
  • Organic Dry Yeast1/2 tablespoon
  1. Mix the sugar, yeast, warm water and 2 tablespoons of wheat flour (take away from the total amount)
  2. Stir everything and let it rest for 10 min.
  3. Add the ready-mixed oil, salt and flour (little by little) Note: the dough point is slightly sticky, so don't add more flour than indicated!
  4. Let the dough rise for 20-30min Pre heat the oven to 200 degrees.
  5. Make holes in the dough with your fingertips and place the rosemary, sliced cherry tomatoes and drizzle with olive oil, finish with coarse salt.
  6. Bake for 30-35 min or until golden.
