- Organic Yeast20 g
- Milk400 ml
- Warm water1/2 cup
- Sugar200 g
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Egg2 unit(s)
- In a bowl mix the yeast with sugar and salt add the liquid ingredients and eggs and mix very well.
- Gradually add the wheat flour until you get a smooth dough knead the dough well.
- Let it rest for an hour after the dough rises, roll it the way you want, place it in the shape and let it rise until it doubles in volume, about 30 minutes.
- Brush an egg yolk over the buns. Place in the oven for 30 minutes.
