- Preparation mode 1 - Add all the dry ingredients in the blender or mixer (except the yeast). 2- Add the liquid ingredients, and beat everything for 2 minutes until the mixture is very smooth. 3- After the dough is very smooth, add the yeast and beat very little just to mix it into the dough.
- Grease the mold with butter and flour (you can replace the butter with oil and the wheat flour with cornmeal) Put the dough in the shape, and with the oven preheated to 180°, leave the cake to bake for 40 min.
