- Grated coconut (dehydrated without sugar) | 100 g
- Eggs | 4 unit(s)
- Chemical Yeast | 10 g
- Mix all ingredients in a blender
- In a greased and infarinhada shape, pour the liquid and take it to the oven 180° for 30 minutes or until it's golden and fluffy.
- Wait for it to cool down to unmold.
