- Couscous flakes1 cup
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Sugar1 cup
- Oil3/4 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Corn1 can(s)
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Water1/2 cup
- Catupiry1 to taste
- In the blender place the eggs, milk, sugar, salt, oil and corn and beat for 3 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl
- Add the hydrated flocĂŁo and mix
- Add the flour little by little
- Add the yeast mix with the help of a whisk
- Carefully transfer the dough to a greased 20 cm hole baking pan.
- Finish with a layer of catupiry
- Bake for 45 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
