  • Couscous flakes1 cup
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Oil3/4 cup
  • Milk1 cup
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  • Corn1 can(s)
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Water1/2 cup
  • Catupiry1 to taste
  1. In the blender place the eggs, milk, sugar, salt, oil and corn and beat for 3 minutes.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl
  3. Add the hydrated flocĂŁo and mix
  4. Add the flour little by little
  5. Add the yeast mix with the help of a whisk
  6. Carefully transfer the dough to a greased 20 cm hole baking pan.
  7. Finish with a layer of catupiry
  8. Bake for 45 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
