  • Oat flour1 cup
  • Skimmed milk1 cup
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Baking Powder1 teaspoon
  • Ground Duckling350 g
  • Tomato sauce100 g
  • Grated Parmesan to taste
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Garlic2 unit(s)
  1. Prepare the stuffing by sautéing the ground meat with the onion and garlic. Season with salt and pepper and put aside.
  2. For the dough, beat the egg, skimmed milk, oat flour and salt in a blender. Beat well and nominally add the yeast.
  3. Heat a skillet greased with olive oil and pour 1 shell of the dough. Once you release from the skillet, turn the side. Yields 6 pancakes.
  4. Stuff the pancake with 3 spoons of ground beef and roll it up. Accommodate on a platter with some tomato sauce at the bottom.
  5. Cover the pancakes with tomato sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  6. Take it to the oven to warm up and melt the cheese.
  7. Tip: add a little bit of supplyable light catupiry to the stuffing, you will be surprised!
