  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Beef broth1 l
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
  • Salt and pepper1 to taste
  • Gorgonzola cheese100 g
  • Mozzarella50 g
  • cream2 tablespoon
  • Green Smell1 to taste
  • beer300 ml
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil1 teaspoon
  1. Bring the beef broth to a boil
  2. Cut the fillet with thin strips Cut the onion and tomato into small squares and crush the garlic.
  3. In a pan put the oil and butter and place the fillet to fry, let it sauté well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Add the garlic and onion and let it fry well to add the tomato.
  5. Put the arborio rice, let it sauté for 1 min and put the beer. Cook the rice with a ladle at a time of beef stock, when the rice is al dente add the cheeses and cream, mix well and serve while still hot !!
