- Filet Mignon250 g

- Beef broth1 l
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove3 unit(s)

- Gorgonzola cheese100 g
- Mozzarella50 g
- cream2 tablespoon
- Green Smell1 to taste
- beer300 ml
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Olive oil1 teaspoon
- Bring the beef broth to a boil
- Cut the fillet with thin strips Cut the onion and tomato into small squares and crush the garlic.
- In a pan put the oil and butter and place the fillet to fry, let it sauté well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the garlic and onion and let it fry well to add the tomato.
- Put the arborio rice, let it sauté for 1 min and put the beer. Cook the rice with a ladle at a time of beef stock, when the rice is al dente add the cheeses and cream, mix well and serve while still hot !!
