- Spinach Fettucine500 g
- Milk Cream1 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove3 cup
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Grated Parmesan100 g
- Black Pepper, Nutmeg, Salt and Oil to taste
- Mozzarella50 g
- Wheat Flour3 tablespoon
- Milk11/2 unit(s)
- In a large bowl, bring water and salt to a boil, then add the Fettucine to cook until al dente.
- In another pan, put a thread of olive oil, garlic and onion cut into cubes to brown. Add the wheat flour and mix well.
- Add the milk little by little and always stirring to avoid lumps. Add the cream, mozzarella and nutmeg, black pepper and salt. Mix. Let it thicken a little.
- Place the sauce over the Fettucine and mix and sprinkle with the grated Parmesan cheese.
