  • Fettuccine300 g
  • Finely grated Parmesan200 g
  • Egg Yolk6 unit(s)
  • Bacon100 g
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Cook the pasta in a pan of boiling water until al dente, drain and reserve some of the water.
  2. Chop the bacon and fry, reserve the bacon without the fat
  3. In a bowl, mix the egg yolks with the grated cheese, 3/4 of the bacon, salt and pepper.
  4. In a suitable skillet or wok, place the pasta, a little water and wait for it to boil, turn off and add the yolk mixture.
  5. Mix well until it thickens, if it's still a little thin, turn on the low fire and keep stirring until it thickens.
  6. TIP: if you want more sauce, just increase the amount of yolk and Parmesan, in the same proportion.
