- Fettuccine300 g
- Finely grated Parmesan200 g
- Egg Yolk6 unit(s)
- Bacon100 g
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook the pasta in a pan of boiling water until al dente, drain and reserve some of the water.
- Chop the bacon and fry, reserve the bacon without the fat
- In a bowl, mix the egg yolks with the grated cheese, 3/4 of the bacon, salt and pepper.
- In a suitable skillet or wok, place the pasta, a little water and wait for it to boil, turn off and add the yolk mixture.
- Mix well until it thickens, if it's still a little thin, turn on the low fire and keep stirring until it thickens.
- TIP: if you want more sauce, just increase the amount of yolk and Parmesan, in the same proportion.
