- Sugar250 g
- Milk200 ml
- Beat the yolk and sugar with the butter until it forms a homogeneous cream, add the milk.
- Add the twins and the flour.
- Separately, beat the egg whites and mix with the rest of the dough.
- Bake in a greased and floured loaf tin in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes. Wait for it to cool and unmold.
