Ingredients

• Wheat flour | 350 g
• Eggs | 5 unit(s)
• Yeast | 1 teaspoon
• Farm Butter | 200 g
• Sugar | 250 g
• Milk | 200 ml

Recipe

1. Beat the yolk and sugar with the butter until it forms a homogeneous cream, add the milk.
2. Add the twins and the flour.
3. Separately, beat the egg whites and mix with the rest of the dough.
4. Bake in a greased and floured loaf tin in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes. Wait for it to cool and unmold.
