Farfalle Caprese with Tuna

  • Farfalle1 cup
  • Canned tuna1 unit(s)
  • cherry tomato1 cup
  • Buffalo Mozzarella1 cup
  • Pesto2 tablespoon
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Fresh Basil to taste
  1. In a large pot, add 1L of water. Bring to a boil and then add 1 tablespoon of salt. Add the farfalle or pasta of your choice. Cook until al dente. Drain the pasta and let it cool.
  2. In a bowl, place the tuna and mash it. Then, add the cherry tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella, both cut in half. Add the farfalle, add the pesto and mix well. Adjust salt and pepper. Add olive oil to taste and serve with fresh basil leaves.
