  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Sugar45 g
  • Milk200 ml
  • Water200 ml
  • Salt1 tablespoon
  • Oil120 ml
  • Ground ham1 kg
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Tomato2 unit(s)
  • Lemon2 unit(s)
  • Parsley1 cup
  • Syrian Pepper1 coffee spoon
  • Organic Dry Yeast10 g
  1. In a blender, beat the eggs, milk, water, salt, sugar, oil and yeast for 3 minutes.
  2. Pour in the bowl and add flour little by little until you get a smooth and soft dough that doesn't stick to your hands. Let rise until doubled in size.
  3. In another bowl, mix the ground beef, chopped onion, chopped seedless tomato and parsley. Season with salt and Syrian pepper and squeeze the juice from the lemons. Leave this stuffing in a sieve to drain.
  4. When the dough rises, divide it into equal parts and form balls. Open one by one in your hands and fill with the seasoned meat. Close in a triangular shape and place on a baking sheet with the seams facing down. Brush with yolk. Let it double in size in a warm place.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 35 minutes.
