- Ground beef1 kg
- Mozzarella200 g
- Tomato sauce đ 300 g
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Green smell to taste
- Cottage cheese200 g
- Pounded Garlic5 unit(s)
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Butter2 dessert spoon
- Milk200 ml
- Cook the potato with salt and mash
- In a pan, put the potato đ„ mashed with milk and let it cook until it becomes firm.
- In another pan, put the ground meat and the seasonings for cooking, mix the sauce and let it cook until dry.
- In a bowl, place a layer of potato and place the ground beef sauce on top and spread the curd cheese on top.
- On top line with the rest of the cockroach throw green smell on top
- On top put the mozzarella spread and take it to the preheated oven for 180 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden on top.
- Serve still hot, accompanied by white rice đ and salad đ„
