- Cottage cheese3 tablespoon
- Sour cream200 g
- Milk50 ml
- Salt to taste
- Shredded and Seasoned Chicken300 g
- Mozzarella cheese100 g
- In a pan, place the boiled potatoes, butter, cream, milk, curd and salt. Mix well and bring to the fire until it boils, remove and reserve.
- On a platter, place half of the puree then place the already seasoned shredded chicken (the stuffing can be your choice) then place the rest of the puree and finally the mozzarella cheese.
- Place in the oven to brown for 20 minutes.
