  • Wheat flour4 cup
  • Oil1 cup
  • Eggs3 cup
  • Ketchup4 tablespoon
  • Milk2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Chemical Yeast3 tablespoon
  • grated cheese100 g
  • Chicken breast1 kg
  • Cream cheese1 cup
  • Corn1 can(s)
  • Green Spice to taste
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic4 dessert spoon
  • Cumin pepper to taste
  • Colorau to taste
  • Butter to taste
  1. In a blender, beat the milk, salt, oil and eggs for 5 minutes. Hit the salt. Add ketchup to color the dough.
  2. Gradually add the wheat flour and beat until it becomes a smooth and homogeneous mass. Reserve
  3. In the pressure cooker, cook 1 kg of chicken breast, with cumin pepper and salt. After cooking, shred the chicken breast either in the mixer or in the blender, and season. Green seasoning, garlic and onion, cumin and food coloring. Add the cream cheese, and the green corn.
  4. In a rectangular shape, greased and floured with wheat flour and butter, or mold release. Add a part of the dough, and put all the stuffing. Then cover with the rest of the dough.
  5. Bake in the oven for approximately 40 minutes at 180°C. Do the toothpick test, and if it comes clean you can turn off the oven, brush with butter and sprinkle with grated cheese, wait to cool, unmold and serve!
