  • Breadcrumbs300 g
  • Egg2 unit(s)
  • Ground beef300 g
  • Tomato sauce400 g
  • Mozzarella300 g
  • Ham300 g
  • Seasoning and salt to taste
  1. Cut the eggplants long, very thin! Then coat with the egg and breadcrumbs. Fry them and reserve
  2. Sauté the ground beef with the seasonings of your choice, after sautéed and cooked add the tomato sauce!
  3. Then just make the assembly as if it were a common lasagna, instead of the dough you will use the fried eggplant, go forming the layers! Finally put it in the oven to melt the cheese and it's ready. Enjoy your food!
