  • Onion | 1/2 unit(s)
  • Garlic |  to taste
  • Carrot | 1 unit(s)
  • Vegetable pickle | 1 can(s)
  • Corn | 1/2 can(s)
  • Egg | 1 unit(s)
  • Salt |  to taste

Recipe

  1. First cut the onion and mash the garlic well, then cut the pepperoni into slices to taste, grate the carrot, then sauté the onion and garlic, add the pepperoni and let it fry, after that add the carrot and cook more, after add two cups of rice, salt to taste... Cover and let it cook for about 10 minutes, before the water dries, throw an egg inside, stir a little, after the water dries up, add the corn and the vegetables.
