  • Shredded Coconut100 g
  • Sugar2 cup
  • Wheat flour with yeast2 cup
  • Eggs5 unit(s)

  • Margarine3 tablespoon
  1. For the dough, mix the eggs, margarine and sugar. Beating in the blender and adding the wheat flour with yeast and the liquid milk, forming the cake dough.
  2. Then take it to a greased shape with butter and flour with a hole in the middle, taking a preheated oven to 180° for 30 minutes and the cake will be done.
  3. Now, for the white icing, add the condensed milk, cream, margarine, liquid milk and grated coconut in a pan. Stirring and leaving a liquid texture and placing on top of the cold cake. Complete recipe.
