- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Salt1/2 tablespoon
- Warm water1/2 cup
- Fresh Organic Yeast15 g
- Wheat Flour (approximately)700 g
- Blend everything in the blender Eggs, sugar, salt, margarine, warm water and yeast
- Pass the eata mixture to a bowl and add wheat flour little by little (if you need more flour add little by little)
- When it has a firm consistency, transfer it to the bench and knead until it becomes a smooth dough that does not stick to your hand.
- Cover with a cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes until it knows its volume.
- Divide the dough into portions of your choice. 50g balls yield about 30 units If you are going to make it bigger, open the dough with a rolling pin and fill it to your liking.
- Options for fillings: olive oil, cheese, rosemary, basil, parsley salt, olives, ham, chicken, pepperoni…
- Let it rest for another 30 minutes
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.
