- Warm water | 600 ml

- Organic Dry Yeast | 10 g
- Salt | 20 g
- Wheat flour | 1 kg
- The first step of our recipe is to make the sponge. It will give your bread much more cuteness and stability for your dough.
Start by taking a bowl and adding water, sugar, yeast and a cup of flour, mix everything very well and set aside for 30 minutes to form a sponge.
You will notice that this mixture will be literally foamy And then you can proceed with your dough.
- The next step is to place the oil on the sponge, mix very well and add the flour little by little, sifting, at this point you can also add the salt. At first you mix it with a spoon and when you can't handle it anymore, you put your dough on the bench and I only saw it for about 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and very elastic.
Let your dough rest for 10 minutes, it will double in volume Then you divide it into three equal parts and shape your buns as you wish.
I went through the cylinder and made loaf shapes.
- I brushed an egg yolk with two tablespoons of oil over my bread and baked it in a preheated oven at 200°.
Brushing this over the buns is not a rule it's my wish ok.
