- Wheat flour2 cup
- Fine cornmeal2 cup
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Bread Yeast20 g
- Oil50 ml
- Warm water50 ml
- To make these buns, add all the dry ingredients in a container and stir and after involving these ingredients add the oil and gradually add warm water. Stir well for five minutes.
- Then add the eggs and stir for another 10 minutes.
- Let the dough rest for 30 minutes
- Grease the mold with margarine and wheat. Shape the dough into buns and bake in a preheated oven at 200° for 40 minutes.
- Serve warm or wait to cool. Yields 18 buns Cup measure 150ml
