- Beat all the ingredients in the blender, except the wheat flour. In a refractory, mix with your hands the mixture of the blender with the wheat flour. The mixture will be soft, let it rest for 20 minutes. After the rest time, grease the molds (I used 2 medium ones), the dough is still soft, as it will be very soft after baking. So as not to stick to your hands, use oil when making the balls. Brush the balls with yolk, let rise and bake until golden.
