Em uma panela grande  adicione a água, o leite, a margarina, o caldo de galinha e o sal , mexar e deixa ferver.

In a large pan add the water, milk, margarine, chicken stock and salt, stir and bring to a boil.

Depois abaixe o fogo e adicione o trigo de uma vez. Mexa até obter uma massa suave e homogênea.E espere esfriar e da uma sovadinha até a massa fica lisinha.

Depois forma o salgado com o recheio que quiser.Para fritar passe no ovo e na farinha de rosca e frite em óleo bem quente.
