- In a pressure cooker, place the cassava, cover with water and cook for 20 minutes after getting pressure. Then remove the pressure and drain the cassava and place in a bowl. Remove the inner filament from the cassava and mash it well with a fork. Then knead well with your hands, kneading for about 10 minutes.
- Take small portions of the dough, make a ball and fill it with a little cheese. Squeeze well so it doesn't fall apart and bake in a pan for 20 minutes at 150 º C until golden. After this time, remove from the oven and serve.
