- Olive oil and salt0 to taste
- Pepperoni sausage cut into slices1 unit(s)
- Cognac to taste to taste
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- chopped olives1 cup
- Tomato Corn1 can(s)
- Green Smell to taste
- Bring a pan of water to the boil and cook the pasta with a pinch of salt and a drizzle of oil;
- Take a skillet over medium heat, add oil and fry the pepperoni;
- Add a little cognac and flambé the pepperoni;
- Add the onions, the olives, the tomato sauce, a little water, the green smell, mix and let the sauce cook on low heat for about 3 minutes;
- When the pasta is cooked, drain the water;
- Add the pasta and sauce, mix and serve;
